Citric acid bath for tank?

I know a lot of people use citric acid for cleaning pumps and stuff, but can it be used to clean up a used tank as well? I’m assuming it can be, just not sure if it would affect silicone or stick to it in some way. Just broke down a tank that I’d love to clean up the coralline off of

Anything that's safe for rubber or silicone is fine (I know EzeClean is, but beyond that you may want to experiment outside the tank first).
