Hey guys
Need some opinions. Is it okay to put citric acid in your aquarium directly for a bath? I have only freshwater and my equipment in there, no live stock or rocks.
Also, will this have any effect on the aquarium itself? Like the silicone.

How much if the powder should I mix? Etc...

it’s a 42f display with about 6 gallon sump

any help would be appreciated

thanks!

It will not harm the silicone.

1/4 cup per gallon.

Are you just trying to clean the tank? You will have to completely drain it afterwards.

I want to kill everything and restart. Had bryo and don’t want to deal with it again -
