clam not well

I dont think my crocea is going to make it. I have had it for about a year. I know it was bothered by my blenny always leaning on it but something must be bothering it more than that.

What fish and inverts do you have? What do you dose and how do you add it? What are your params? Do you run carbon or GFO?

I used to see my Blenny rest on it here and there. I moved it to other side of tank to try to avoid the blenny and i have caught my cleaner shrimp walking all over and looks to try to pick at it.
Snails here and there are on it as well.

Update last night some of the mantle was still out...
By bed time all of the mantle was sucked in, i think today when i get home it will be a goner

As for dosing anything i throw Kent Trace elements in every 2 weeks or so.
Lately i have been doing water changes ever 2 weeks so on week in between i throw some Kent in. 15ml into sump.
150gal tank with an Eshopps RS200 Sump.

Can you take a Gatorade bottle and cut it in half and fill it full of 1/4" holes for water circulation and then place it over the clam to shield it. I bet it's your shrimp irritating it.
