clarify for me please

hello thanks fortrying to help!
im on day 6 of my 40GAL AIO and today i noticed the brown/purplish specs on the bottom and back of the tank, with a tad buildup on the glass. Should i let this run its course or should i be getting in there and cleaning?also maybe pinpoint of what exactly it is. Brown algae? ditritius? Coralline? appreciate you guys.

Pics are TOO Blue to tell but I believe diatoms on brown, and red/purple can be coraline, cyano or ???
