ClariSea 5000 Replacement Screw

I got a ClariSea 5000 for Christmas and after I hooked it up it was working fine. But yesterday when I got home from work the fleece was in the water and the 30mm screw with the attached wing nut had snapped off. That’s the screw that hangs the fleece roll to the unit. It broke. I called MarineDepot and they said they don’t have a replacement screw. Does anybody know where I can find a nylon 30mm screw with an attached wing nut? Thanks for your help and Happy New Year!

Have you tried home depot? In canada we have nylon screws at home depot.

I would contact D&D. Your unit should be covered by warranty.
