Clarisea Gen 2, 3000 model, parts missing!

I decided to buy a Clarisea 3000 for my Red Sea Reefer 450, after a long period of changing out the sump felt socks, I tried the new canister type in which you can put floss etc but that was only a little better.
The Reefer 450 has a decent size sump but the filter area takes up a lot of room if not in use, so I will be replacing the sump with my own hand made one.
The Clarisea filter turned up and so the saga began, I followed the YouTube video, checked out all the parts, so I thought!!, only to get to the stage where by you insert 7 threaded lengths to hold the sides together only to find that there where no tightening nuts supplied, many sighs later I discovered the switch that you use to manually operate the roller motor had no front pad on it, there was only the micro switches showing!!!
I rang the supplier who was closed until this coming Monday, I rang Delta spares who promise to ring me back Monday.
The point of the rant is a warning to check and double check any assembly parts for any piece of equipment, I thought I had but didn't do the double check so now I have to wait.

I could only imagine the frustration. I have been stung on missing parts on other items in the past (not reef related). Now the first thing I do is check the parts.

Hit up where you bought it from first, but after that, ecotech is the us distributor.

Latest on the Clarisea 3000, all duff parts swapped and it’s now running in my Reefer 450 sump, hard plumped, best money ive spent for along while, tank crystal clear and filter socks dumped.
