clarisea media not rolling

i have been getting this strange issue that once the media gets to around 80% used , the media will get stuck and the alarm will ring for not moving for more than 8 hours . it is so stiff that i need to pull it up and let it roll some more .

is this resolved in gen 3 or i did some thing wrong ?

We were having the same problem recently. I am not sure but I think our gen 2 motor was getting tired. We just ordered a gen 3 motor from Ecotech and once the current roll needs to be changed the gen 3 motor will be used. Hopefully that solves this issue.

not sure whether gen 3 have changed the motor
