Clarisea roller issue

The side with the new roll keeps tightening up the screw to the point the motor can not pull it.anyone else have this issue?

The side with the roll is not supposed to tighten any screw. It should very loosely sit on the fixed tube. Sounds like an installation issue. A pic will help

so i checked and my roll of fleece is firmly atached to the roller...is this the way its supposed to be?its a tight fit, therefore as it spins the black screw that holds it in place in the slot of the acrylic tightens it down as it turns to the point it doesnt roll and the alarm goes off

no its supposed to loosely sit, not firmly attached.

With the black foam that holds the roll my roll is not able to spin freely,,,the black screw that holds the entire roll is in the slot of the acrylic and in that it is not tightened down the roll spins, however,,,as there is resistance of the screw and the acrylic,,,the roll tightens down on the screw until it is tight against the frame and causes it to lock against it
