ClariSea SK-3000 controller?

My ClariSea SK-3000 controller power light does not light up. Yes it's plugged in and advances when I push the motor button. Any idea on what's going on? I have tried resetting it. Didn't help

Had the same issue. Contacted the company directly. Inside the motor there’s only a tiny amount of sodder holding the thin wires in place making it very easy to break. You’ll have to take the motor apart and fix it yourself unfortunately. Pretty annoying that this was there solution.

The cable on my ClariSea motor has come loose whilst unwinding the fleece. Do I need to buy a new motor or can it be repaired? | D-D The Aquarium Solution

The motor works it just the light not working.
