ClariSea SK-3000 Plumbing?

Just picked up a ClariSea SK-3000 yesterday and I’m a little confused about the plumbing. I have a 40mm flexi hose from my overflow, straight into the sump. The ClariSea has a 32mm pipe to feed it.

Question for those with one... do you feed the drain straight into the 32mm pipe and straight into the unit?

At the moment, I‘m not and a lot of water is bypassing the unit and probably making it pointless.

Difficult, because what you need to see is underwater. There is nothing in the instructions to say whether you plumb the drain from the tank directly into the ClariSea, so that’s the question... For anyone that has one, did you or don’t you..?

Yes! You need to plumb your drain straight into the clarisea inlet.
