Clarisea sk-5000 getting stuck

I have a clarisea sk-5000. Had it for a year and have not really had problems other than getting the roll lined up properly.

Does anyone know of a way to get the rolls lined up so the roll goes evenly?

It’s really just a matter of trying to line the fleece up as best you can

This happens to me. Took the unit apart and cleaned it, same results.
