ClariSea sk-5000 - issue w roller?

Anyone have one of these with a similar thing going on? The roller only attaches to one side and it dips down on the other side - the roller seems to roll fine but wasn't sure if this is normal? I have it sitting at the recommended 8" depth.

I replaced that plastic thumbscrew with a M8 Nut and washer

Interesting, I wouldn't have thought to do that. I haven't looked at the wing nut much, I suppose it's backing out as it turns which makes sense now that you mentioned this, thanks

Stainless Steel. It doesn't touchwater so it hasn't rusted.
