Clarisea sk5000 fleece not rolling

I have to roll the clean side manually a bit so the dirty side can spin. The motor does work but it gets stuck when its stretched out.

Thank you very much. I purchased the regular fleece rolls and problem solved. I guess the xl roll is just too big. Awesome device though!
