I have a Clarkii clown that just took to the BTA last night after ignoring it for a week or so. Now, he barely leaves the anemone, which is good, but he is very aggressive when he is in the anemone. I don't mean that he's being aggressive in a defensive manner, but he wallows and burrows very strongly into the anemone, so much so that the anemone is much smaller today than yesterday.
The anemone's tentacle tips are still inflated, but he has less water in his body, I guess.
Has anyone every seen anything like this? Is this just a normal part of the two bonding together?
