Clean bare bottom tank

Can anyone have experience in cleaning BB tank I hear about using the canister if it is what kind of canister is effective thanks

Not sure about canister?

I scrape the bottom glass just like the sides... then suck out all detrius, blow off the rocks etc...

Thanks but if you do that then do u have to change water all the time bc always debris with BB

If you have a sump with filter sock then clean everything get water stirred up then run a gravel vac and put the hose in the sock and let it run for a couple hours and then no need for water change. Imo

Most folks aim pumps and find an area where it will pile up. Then a quick 5 minute vacuum weekly does it. I just do my little piles monthly because they r in the corners.
