Clean chaeto - ID please

I just bought some "clean chaeto" but it's from the LFS and she said they source it locally from a professional clean aquarium that she sounded very confident about so since algae barn is dry I went for it.

I noticed some weird jelly substance that I removed. What is that?

Also, what are the white things on the algae. She said she believes that's calcium from feather dusters. Otherwise it looks really nice.

the white things look like spirorbid worms and shells..... hard to tell what the last thing could be.

Yea I think you're right it kind of looks like one is blooming. Will they be a nuisance or are they welcomed?

they are very common and the population tends to self regulate so they don’t get out of control.
