My tank is new and has a really healthy crop of GHA going. I added a clean up crew on Friday and they have stripped all the GHA off a good sized section of rock. And they’re still busy eating! The photo below is the same section of rock. The first was maybe 1.5 weeks ago, the middle, on Friday, and the last this afternoon!

I ordered the 10 gallon All Algae crew (my tank is 32 gallons) from Reef Cleaners and added two extra blue leg hermits.

my blue leg hermits are amazing at getting algae picked off rocks, frag plugs, just about anything with algae.

I have some GHA, but not a ton (never hopefully). My Emerald Crab just gets after everything. Really fun to watch a well.

I think my emerald cleanup the rock. My tank is just over 2 weeks old and I think I got GHA bloom because of my live rock from the LFS.

They are doing a good job.

I think those are actually Clibanarius Antillensis, they are from the same genus as Blue Leg Hermit Crabs (which are Clibanarius Tricolor), I don't know if they have a common name. My LFS also sold me some a week ago as "blue leg hermit crabs" which I don't mind, I wanted to get a variety of crabs besides just the C. Tricolor species (the real "blue legged hermit crab").

Well, I specifically ordered 2 blue legs but also got 2 assorted hermits. Not sure which variety this was (the random or the blue). Pretty sure it’s the same guy in both pictures
