Clean up crew for hardy algae

Hiya,

I have a bad case of Cladophoropsis(I think) and bubble algae, can anyone recommend me the best clean up crew for my 25gallon lagoon tank? And how many of every thing I should have? The algae seems to be at a point where there is a 50/50 split betwwen rock and algae​

And maybe some recommendations of any other techniques I should use to fix this.

i don't know anything about cladophoropsis but i know that emerald crabs will eat bubble algae

I tried using emerald crabs and the little thing tore apart most of my frags! and everyone always tells me how peaceful they are haha
