So I have a 25g rimless with an ocellaris clown, a harlequin shrimp, and a cleaner shrimp.
My current CUC is
2 Turbo Snails
1 Nassarius Snail
1 Hermit Crab (I think Blue Legged)

Should I put anything else?

My sand bed is starting to have some algae growth.

I'd certainly get some type of conch, as they're great substrate cleaners. A tuxedo urchin would also assist with general tank hygiene.

Conch, hmmm, ok. My hermit has lived with a nassarius for 5 months. But wouldn't it go after the conch?

Conchs are well-protected by their shells, and will retreat into them when danger is near. While I don't think that any crab will ever completely be "reef safe", I've never had any of my hermits bother my conchs.

I have hermits and conchs together. Unless your hermit grows to monster size you should be okay. Conchs are great. I stopped buying snails because they all eventually die. My conches keep weirdly creeping along.

Mmm kk, I'll go to my LFS today to get one, otherwise, it's a good CUC?
Yes, but remember that urchins are a safer bet if you're not going to quarantine. People here have had ich ride in on coral frags and snails (like conchs).

I have a 36 gallon with a tiger conch and 6-7 hermit crabs (various sizes), all get along just fine

In my 20g nano cube I run 1 snail per gal and currently have around 25. Mostly asteras and trochus. This has worked well in all my systems. In 2 systems with sand I use a diamond goby to keep the sand clean. Also have varios sand dwellers like nassarius.
I also have 1 hermit 1 emerald and 2 pepermint shrimps.
