Feedback is good on nanoreef and RC. Also found this if it helps from BBB:

Cramer's Caribbean Critters

(305) 852-1408
161 Adobe Casa Court, Tavernier, FL 33070

I try to not steer you guys anywhere I wouldn't order from but I am a bit more leery of sites that don't post their phone and/or address. However, you can usually find it elsewhere.

I have learned that I always buy things like this with my Visa debit card. Many people don't know how good Visa is to take care of you in the event of fraud...until it happens. I once had somebody counterfeit my card and they spent $1300 in 2 days. The first I knew of it was the bank calling to tell me that my card had already been cancelled. They had money back in my account within 3 days. All I had to do is sign a statement that the charges were not mine. Also, I once bought a Dell computer and had problems. It was after the 30 day return period that Dell allows...but Visa allows me to return for longer. I returned the computer, sent a copy of the shipping info to the bank, and got my money back....even after Dell refused to "allow" me to return it. Good thing they accepted it when it got there, or it would have been returned to me and I'd have gotten the computer and my money. haha!!!

Oh...and I'd also advise people to set up paypal accounts with a Visa account...for double the protection. I had paypal screw me over a few times, and Visa came through to make it right. I bought a PS3 off ebay, the guy sent me a note in a bubble wrap envelope, with tracking numbers, gave the numbers to paypal, and they said the item shipped and they couldn't help me.

Sure enough I messed up on the order as far as getting it this week. I have been told it can ship any day next week except Friday. I would prefer Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday for overnight delivery. Joel has stated that he may have problems being available and Mel maybe also. Please, LMK which day(s) are best for you. If anyone wants to drop out, please LMK. Sorry for the trouble.

Eddie

If we could have it delivered on Wednesday that would be fantastic for me. I work both jobs Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. If I had to pick one of the days that I work the two jobs for it be delivered Thursday is the best of the three.

So my first (and BEST choice) is Wednesday delivery and then Thursday as the second choice.

Wednesday is fine with me, but it would have to be after 5 for me. Thursday is fine. Tuesday is out.

Thanks Dave for the information. I am going to request Wednesday.

I talked to Dana of Cramer's Caribbean Critters last night. It turns out the ccritters.com is Dana. He is harvester, shipping and handling, salesman, webpage guy and all other jobs. He was unable to get two of the kinds of snails that we had ordered. So, I postponed the shipping until Friday. Hopefully this will only add a little more frustration to the situation. I will be at the FedEx office at 10601 Murdock Drive, Knoxville, at about 9am Saturday morning. If you want to meet me there, that will work. If I can meet you during the day, that will work. If you are going to be at Mel’s for the meeting, I can bring your order to you. If you want to cancel, I will understand. He has some peppermint shrimp and a few more things will be added to his website this week. If you want to add items to the order, LMK. LMK about pickup.

He seemed like a nice fellow.

Eddie

Ok. If you can bring them to the meeting and keep them warm in the meantime that is fine with me.

It will be easier on me for sure since they'll basically be delivered to my house.

Will he be able to fulfill all of our order then?

Wildman

Do you want some peppermint shrimp for $4.50 each?

If I can't meet you at FedEx, I'll get them at Mel's house.

If you figure out what else I bought that is still laying around your house, please bring that too. :)

Great Scott and Wildman.
