Clean up crew suggestion for water box 20

Looking for clean up crew suggestions for a water box 20 must be reef safe and no snails I may make an exception and get 1 conch. What do you suggest and how many of each

Currently have 1 Mithrax crab (will possibly be rehoming was the misses idea and not keen on it)

3 red legged hermits
1 cleaner shrimp
1 blood red shrimp

You really can't have a CuC without snails. In nano tanks especially, they do all the heavy lifting. Why are you opposed to them? Cleaner and Blood shrimp clean fish (maybe), but not much else.

My personal CuC for a tank that size would be about 20 Dwarf Cerith snails, 8-10 Cerith snails, 8-10 Nassarius snails, 3 Asterae snails, an Emerald or other Mithrax crab and 4-6 small (think Scarlet Reef) hermit crabs.

I also do small Conchs ("Strawberry", or "Fighting") in each tank, but not until there is enough for them to clean/eat.

I forgot to add... PODS! Copepods and Amphipods are key members of the CuC in any tank, regardless of size.

I've used various vendors for copepods in the past, but I recently got an order from Reef by Steele, and I HIGHLY recommend them. I got the copepod assortment, a bunch of amphipods and some phyto blend. Everything was top notch, and I will be ordering from them again.

I love the snails in my tank! I'm just going to second everyone else and say get snails

The misses doesn’t like snails since they go up the glass and are apparantly creepy
