My 14 gallon biocube is about 9 months old, at the moment my clean up crew is fairly small. My stock consists of a tuxedo urchin, a Hector's goby, 2 nassarius snails, a peppermint shrimp, and a fighting conch. My main problems consist of a few bits of hair algae, Coralline growing on the sand, and detritus. The most annoying is definitely the coralline on the sand. My urchin will not eat anything in the sand bed and my fighting conch will not eat the coralline. Also, will my urchin get too big and wreck less in such a small tank? I would also like to mention that I'm against using hermits. I would like a emerald and a serpent star, but I'm afraid that they might eat the fish as it sleeps buried in the sand. If anyone has any stocking suggestions, please let me know.
