Clean up crew with trigger???

Hey all. I have some halloween hermits, some conches, an arrow crab, and two serpent star fish for my CUC in my 125. Only issue is I have a trigger… he eats shrimp the second I put them in there but leaves the arrow crab alone. Anyone have any idea what I can put in there that acts like a cleaner shrimp for my tangs??? They all think the arrow is a cleaner shrimp and wont leave her alone cause they want her to clean them.
