So I noticed my tanks a lot cleaner now that I have my orp close to 300. And I have no phos or nit in the tank... But I have noticed a lot of my corals are bleaching out. They are not dying but they are pretty while or almost white...

Should I turn down my orp?
Should I leave my ozone and orp and add more trace to the tank?
( I use the Red Sea color up program)( might switch to zeovit)

To play it safe I'm going to do a 30 gallon water change on a 90 gallon display and a 30gallon sump....
I run vega LEDs and I haven't changed my lighting....

What to do what to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why are you using ozone? Most corals bleach because of lighting or they are not getting enough nutrients. How long have you had them under leds and did you acclimate them to the leds?

I think it might be a low nut levels, I checked my schedule and I hadn't done a water change in 3 weeks and I have a very heavy sps system
I hadn't dosed the tank with nutrition in a while I've been in and out of the state a lot so the tank was a little neglected the past few weeks. Well water change done and dosed nutrition.... Lets see how it goes.

no water change does not = low nutrients in my book, but the opposite can be true
I guess what I am trying to say is if your problem is low nutrients...then why the heck would you do a water change...lol

how often do you feed your fish if nutrients are to low might need to feed your fish some more and feed your sps some fish poop
