Cleaner Crew LOST IN THE MAIL !!!

I ordered snail package from reef cleaners .com they sent it priority mail on tues been watching tracking even talked to my postmaster early on and he was going to give me a call when it showed up at the office so I would pick it up so it was not on the truck all day . Well here it is on Friday morning my tracking number says its still in Florida . I have notified reef cleaners by email have not got a response yet .
I guess I'm wondering how long the will last poor guys in the box I also don't want to add half dead snails to my tank and spike the ammonia .

He packs them real well. The snails and crabs should be ok. The starfish, didn't make it to the Piney Woods for me though.

John is usually very quick and prompt when it comes to emailing him.

I had the same experience a couple weeks back. USPS is the worst. They should never be used to ship live animals

Mine arrived after 6 days and about half survived. He was quick to issue a refund, but what I really wanted were healthy snails.

I hope not it will be forever with 2 holidays back to back I would hate to open that box ... it would smell like the Boston Charles river at low tide back in the 70's !!!

Well my cleaners arrived things were not good poor guys but John from reef cleaners was real good about it and sent out another batch no questions asked very good co.
