Cleaner purple tang?

Can someone explain this behavior? Why would my purple tang think ich is edible?

Please no comments on the ich. I failed at copper treatment and will try again in the next couple days. And no. Its not velvet.

lol thats cute...the ich spots you see on fish arnt actually the ich, they are just irritations from where the ich burried itself in the fish so the purple isn't eating the ich
