Cleaner shrimp acting weird

Please help. My cleaner shrimp is acting weird. Had him for about 3 weeks now. Last 4-5 days, he started to stay out in the open and not move much. At the 2nd day or 3rd, he molted. But then still stayed out in the open or started to hang on the glass wall corner. Now on the 5th day, he's kinda crawling but looks hunched back and his tail seems to have some weird white stuff in the middle of it. Anyone knows what's going on? My videos won't process so I'm posting couple pics.

I understand but it's better to know what's going on in your tank than one day everything dies and you're scratching your head thinking what happened
