Cleaner Shrimp and peppermint shrimp shedding often.

Is it a good or bad thing for me to notice my cleaner shrimp and two peppermint shrimp to shed every two weeks? I hear they shed every 4-8 weeks. Also I noticed my peppermint shrimp had babies so I guess they are happy? (pic of baby shrimp not included).

I’m not an expert but it sounds like they’re happy and growing.
