Cleaner shrimp died after placing in tank (after float acclimation)

Hi everyone,

I bought a cleaner shrimp yesterday and it died after I placed it in the tank. He didn’t move at all after I placed in the tank.

I acclimated it before placing into the tank. Can someone tell me why it didn’t survive please

Could it happen because of the level of salinity? The other two hermit crabs alive and I have two clowns inside the tank. Tank age is more than 1 month.

Drip acclimate inverts. also are you sure it was alive in the first place? DOA stuff is super super common RN due to weather

What was your tank's salinity, and what was the salinity in the bag? Also how much of a temperature difference and how quickly did you bring it up? How cold did the bag get during transit?
