Cleaner shrimp with a growth?

The one time I didnt meticulously inspect the specific invert the LFS was netting for me I get home to see this weird thing on its side... I've now had it several months and it has molted but hasn't changed the look. Let me know what you think the cause could be

Thinkingredients about it... I'd first want to verify I can see the parasite. otherwise I don't think I could just cut it open and hope I find it.
