cleaner wrasse care

Yeah will be keeping look out thanks.hopefully just squabbles and nothing to serious.the 2 young clowns and silver belly wrasse and ywg no problem,just the bloody older blennie,like the whole tank is his lol,hopefully the blennies can work it out and have 1 rock structure each as they quite big at 40 cm high by 45 cm wide by 30 deep but we shall see.i think luckily i got the large gsp frag also and blennie found refuge in that and doesnt belong to older blennie so he's allowing it kind of thing

my bi color blenny was like that too. they like their rock, and dont want others around it, but will eventually lighten up. i would put a tail spot in, he tries to find a place to call home, but the bi color says "nope, seats taken" until he finds a spot where the bi color cant see him. he would find him, and chase him out, but eventually give up on it

I have 3 right now. A pair in one tank and a single in another tank. I had others that lived for years and ate just about anything.

If I never would have know anything about cleaner wrasses and only base it from personal experience and observation I would say they eat anything small enough to fit in their mouths that they see in the water column and that they clean fish so they won't be eaten by others or if there is no other food available. There are quite a few fish in with my pair (large angels, tangs, clowns, wrasses, idol, etc) and the cleaner wrasses are more interested in inspecting particles floating by them than they are in searching out fish to clean. They only really clean the fish if they are approached and the fish want a cleaning.

They are very active and require multiple feedings per day and they will jump so tight fitting lid with no openings.

All mine were QT'd with copper and then Prazipro.
