Cleaner Wrasse

so I recently purchased a cleaner wrasse from my lfs, everything was going fine until I read online that two cleaner wrasse are optimal because they work better in pairs, I then decided to purchase another cleaner from the same lfs I put it in today after i acclimated it and my original cleaner wrasse seems to be chasing the other one around can this be due to the fact that it is getting to know the new fish or are they known to be aggressive toward one another, if so please let me know so i can take it back to my lfs.

I tried two once. They never really accepted each other and the smaller one died after a couple months. I’d return the new one.

ok I appreciate the reply, thats most likely what I will end up doing, I dont want the other one to die just wanted to make sure that this wasnt just a part of their behavior.
