You're gonna get every answer under the moon. Pick one that fits under your budget and stick to it.

Coral pro mixes very clean --- it has elevated nutrients which you may or may not like.

I have seen posts by people with flourishing reef aquariums chock full of the most demanding coral species and they use all sorts of different reef salts. There really is no such thing as a “best“ salt mix. The difference is in the work and knowledge of the reefer.

If you want decent you tube videos, Bulk Reef Supply covers many of the most popular in a series of videos on reef salts.

If by “cleanest”, you mean a salt mix that dissolves without leaving any undissolved residue. BRS says that would be B Ionic. It is a bit clunky to mix up because it is a multi step process: add sodium chloride to the water and let dissolve, add magnesium salts to the water and let dissolve and so forth. For a one step process, tropic Marin pro is nearly as clean and it is dump the salt into the water and mix.

But reefers have enjoyed great results from the Red Sea mixes and Instant Ocean.

Coral Pro has very high alkalinity, which if you do sizable water changes and your alk isn't already high, can cause abrupt pH change and harm livestock. I used to use it but stopped when I decided to not push for very high alk levels.

Currently I use hw-MarineMix Reefer. Pure synthetic salt, no inconsistent ingredients from batch to batch, dissolves completely and rapidly to an alk of about 9. My only complaint is that it can be hard to find.

B-Ionic salt is fantastic but impractical unless you always mix up large batches.

probably whatever your lfs stocks - that way, when you need some in a hurry, you won't have to post "emergency salt change needed - will it be ok?"
most lfs around here stock either instant ocean or fritz.

If you plan to store salt water for later use, BRS did a couple of videos on how well several brands hold up over time. If you are mixing for immediate use, it really is just a personal preference.

Red sea blue bucket. Dislike the high Alk in the pro bucket, but if you are packed on coral that would be a good choice so you don't have to buffer with reef builder or similar.

Live aquaria has very good salt as well, equal to red sea and is a lot cheaper. I like the red sea 5 gallon buckets though with the twist off caps instead of prying them off. I buy it just for the bucket LOL. They also have been giving red sea AB+ for free as a promotion right now. Hard to beat.
