Cleaning algae reactor without losing pod population?

So my algae reactor has been running for a few weeks. The reactor is pretty dirty and id like to clean it only problem is it's bustling work copepods, so much so my tanks glass looked like it had something wrong until I looked closer.

Also, the chaeto is too cramped in there to grow, it's still alive though.

Any way to go about cleaning it without losing all the pods?

If they're all over the glass then they're all over everything. I think you'd barely put a dent in it imo

They'll just repopulate there anyway id assume. My tank has been looking great since adding the reactor and the pods.

Clean it as normal. If you feel like it, give everything a good dunk in a clean bucket of tank water knocking the pods loose. Then feed that to the tank. Your reactor will be cramped again in no time.
