Cleaning back glass

Do you clean the back glass of your tank or prefer it “natural“ and why? I’m thinking it provides a grazing area for snails and some fish when other areas have been cleaned up. It’s an all glass aquarium with a black back, Tank has diatoms but no noticeable algae and low, (too low), nutrients.

front and sides here but I may scrape some of the back as my ca and alk consumption has increased by a lot. Short arms here so won't be able to get it all.
