Cleaning bio brick

My friend shut down his tank about a year ago and gave me all his bio bricks.

Does anyone have any suggestions or advice on how to clean it to be viable again? Can I do a bleach curing process similar to dry rocks?

Bleach, soak and rinse with a powerhead, soak and rinse, soak and rinse and then add Prime . . . soak with powerhead. Rinse.
