Any one have a good way to clean inside chiller, a lot of buildup

Put a gallon of vinegar in 3 gallons of water, runa pump through it overnight, should take care of it all...

After I run the vinegar through the chiller over night is there a "proper" way to finish flushing it for storage when not in use?
