I have a discontinued gfo reactor from nextreef (mr1)and the pads are no longer available.any good ways to clean the gfo buildup inside?they are getting kind of solid.or any ideas on replacements?
I would just replace them, look for filter pad media similar in pore size (to maintain the ideal flow) and cut a new pad. Use your old one as a template.
