Cleaning GHA

I've been given a new 75g tank and would like to move all the rock over from my current setup, which is laden with a coat of GHA, how should I go about removing this algae from the rocks?

Bonus: how can I get it out of my sandbed (80% arag-alive; 20% caribsea sand) and reuse for my new tank?

Scrub. You can also add a little hydrogen peroxide to the rinse water esp If it a full deep clean. Same with the sand.
