Cleaning glass of a empty tank

Hi tried vinegar on this film o have on my tank. It’s a big tank. Any one use Bar keepers friend? If so would I have to rinse and how much? Thanks

I think vinegar can be dangerous for your fish. I agree with vetteguy53081 just a usual sponge should work well. Just make sure it doesn't leave particles. I purchased a usual hang on back filter, this one https://pickedbyfish.com/hang-on-back-filters/#product5 , and clean my tank's glass once a month or 6 weeks.
