Cleaning haze on MH reflector

Anyone know what I could use to clean some haze on a MH reflector? It's only right on top behind the bulb but would be nice to clean it. Tried vinegar but it didn't work.

If you can take it down and soak it in vinegar that might do a better job. Sometimes the saltwater and humidity will cause damage that can't be wiped away. If so, then you may just need to replace the reflector.
