Cleaning IM MiniMax Reactor

Hi everyone
Does anyone own Innovative Marine
MiniMax Pro AIO Media Reactor? I have a difficult time cleaning the bottom part. I can no find any tool to reach into the gunk. Can the bottom part actually pop out? I am scare to brute force it and end up breaking it.
Any tip is appreciated.

It does not pop out, unfortunately. When I had one on my biocube, I just left the pump attached and ran it in a bucket of water and vinegar for about 20 minutes and it was clean after. Just 50/50 mix and it cleaned it right up.
