Cleaning Low Sump/No Siphon

What should I do with a Sump that's so low to the ground that I can't really siphon it?
Should I hook up a powerhead?
Should I mix up all the water and then siphon everything floating?

What do you do...?

And I use the attachment kit. I take the brush tip and use that to clean the sump

In my small nano sump I use a small return pump with the output hose going into the filter sock.
I just keep stirring it up until its clear. Been doing it this way for 2 years.

Drain with a power head. Then use a shop wet vac.
