Cleaning MP10 foam cover?

How do you guys/gals suggest to clean the mp10 foam cover? I wouldn't use them, but I have 2 BTA's & picking up a third one.

I just do like a sponge rinse and squeeze until water runs clear.

Yep, just bring it up to the 2nd bedroom's bathroom, and run it under the tub's faucet until it is clean. I will squeeze it dry and reinstall.

And good for you for covering them before the anemone feeds the powerhead.
