cleaning of the tank

I was wondering when cleaning the tank. should I clean the back glass or just let it be and let it grow algea on it? an does algea help with the nitrates?

It's really up to you. I let it go along with the sides I leave those alone too

In my opinion you can live it not clean but after some will look bad and will be difficult or impossible to clean.
