Cleaning RO unit, water storage, and Protein Skimmer

So my RO unit has for over a year, there may or may not be water in it. I shut the water off to it and never did anything else. I just bought a new membrane, carbon blocks, and the other one. Its only a 3 stage but I will be adding DI to it shortly. Anyways, how should I clean it? Just vinegar and water or bleach and water? IDK.

My RO storage container (Brute trash can) sat half full for the past year and a half, the water didnt smell but im sure it needs a cleaning. Should I just clean it the same way? Shold I scrub the inside with a brush or just fill with bleach/water (what ratio?) let sit for a day then rinse?

Lastly my poor poor Reef Octopus 110INT, I forgot to rinse it with freshwater after I tore down my tank, its now caked with gunk on the inside. Should I clean this with vinegar and water (what ratio?)? Im not sure how I would go about scrubbing it I havent looked at it close enough to see if it comes apart. Im not even sure the pump for it is any good (which was cleaned but may have sat in a strong half and half bleach and water mix too long so IDK how the gaskets are, it was rinsed in a water only bucket that was changed out twice over the course of a few days). If so I hope to reuse it if not I will be buying the Skimz SN123 Monzter. Or should I just buy the Skimz SN123 and just trash the RO?

Found it on Nano-Reef, thanks for that! I guess for the trashcan I will just do a random amount of bleach and water and let it sit for a few then rinse until the smell is gone like with the RO unit. Any tips on cleaning the skimmer?

Undiluted distilled white vinegar. I use the same for cleaning trashcans then rinse with plain water. Vinegar is cheap and safe.
