Pulled out 4 pieces of live rock and replaced it with 4 new pieces, they were just full of Aptasia and didn't want to distrub them in the tank, how should I clean them to introduce them back to the tank ?? Have about 80 to 100lbs live rock in tank now, so that's plenty to seed the rock. Please sent some thoughts, would like to use it again

You could bleach it out, leave it rinse for a day in a bucket, then throw it back.

Let the rock dry than rinse and scrub. Sun bleach for a week on your lawn to turn it white rinse and scrub again. Use vinegar water to rinse

Just boil water and kill apstasia. Worked for me.

Yep boiling water. Will turn the rock completely white and kill everything. Do that, scrub, put back in!

It's funny because I recently just did the same thing in my tank. It was only one rock, but I took it out and replaced it with a new one. I figured just having the rock out of water for a while would kill the aiptasia but I never really bothered trying to find out cuz I never put the rock back in.

I've read that boiling rock is a bad idea. I've done it before with no problems but on one of the forums I was told by several people that it can emit noxious gasses. The last time I cleaned rock, since I was wary of boiling it again, I soaked it for a day in a 1:10 bleach solution, then soaked it for two days in RO w/ dechlorinator (changed the water after first day) until the bleach smell was gone, then I sun bleached it for a day.
