So not sure if this is right place, but what do u guys do for cleaning the outer tank glass? I spill or drip every so often and I usually wipe with clean shammy nothing on it. I get salt streaks that drive my OCD crazy. What do you guys do for the occasional streak or drip from saltwater?

I bought that tunze glass cleaner from BRS (don't buy it) and as soon as Im done with the bottle I'm going to fill it with RO water because that's the best thing I have used for the glass myself. Spray, wipe, and then another cloth to buff the streaks (don't use the same cloth otherwise the salts just make their way back onto the glass and streak it)

This works for me.

water works best for me! I wash one terry cloth in regular water, clean the glass, and use a dry terry cloth to wipe clean. Tried the vinegar approach.... too stinky

I use sink water, but sometimes I get water spots. I get these streaks out using a paper towel and the condensation from my breath. I only have a 40 breeder so I’m not hyperventilating by the time I’m done. If I don’t hear a squeaking sound when I’m wiping them off, I make it myself, like a cartoon shining shoes or cleaning a pocket watch. Er eee er eee. Shiny.
