Cleaning Supplement Recommendations

I had a bit of an algae outbreak that is now under control. However, it has resulted in a high degree of wispy algae around the tank and detritus buildup. I'm looking for a cleaning product that can help breakdown the buildup (in conjunction with my water changes).

The aquarium cleaners that I'm aware of are Dr. Tim's Waste Away/Refresh and Clean Equation M.
