Cleaning tank with bleach

I have a 100 gal system that has dinos in it. My plan is to restart the tank with fresh rock, and sand. My worry is the equipment having dinos on it when i start the new tank. I want to run bleach through the entire system for a day or two and then let it dry out. How much bleach per gallon should i use?

1:10 is used for bleaching live rock so I'd assume that'd be the ratio for general tank cleaning.
